Owner Jim Grant, a proud United States Army veteran, began his journey in the jewelry industry after returning home to Dayton from his military service. Jim’s genuine passion for jewelry, matched with his degree in gemology from the Gemological Institute of America, has shaped Jaffe Jewelers into what it is today. He brings a special expertise in estate jewelry, as a certified estate buyer and appraiser, helping clients discover pieces with history and character.
Stephan Miles, co-owner and master artisan bench jeweler, brings an extensive history of experience to our team. Stephan’s artistry is behind many of the custom creations that leave our shop, and his skill at restoring and maintaining cherished jewelry is second to none. Whether it’s a simple repair or custom designing something entirely new, Stephan’s meticulous care ensures every piece is unique and special.
Tisha Grant, co-owner, joined the business after her children grew up, finding her own deep passion for jewelry and for working alongside her husband. For Tisha, helping clients find or create the perfect piece is more than a job—it’s a calling. She believes jewelry is personal, purchased with love, and an expression of the feelings we carry with us every day.
